SUMMARY:2021 Cornhole Tournament
DESCRIPTION:1st Annual Cornhole Tournament\nAugust 6\, 2021 \nAvila Bay Athletic Club\n  \nGet ready for the bags to fly! With C-19 barely in the rear view mirror\, the decision was made to postpone dodgeball until everyone felt a little better about the large crowds and close contact on the courts. Cornhole came up as the unanimous choice and will allow folks that are say\, less agile or unwilling to take a high-powered ball to the head\, while also allowing us to have a kid’s bracket as well. \n  \n2 person teams are guaranteed a minimum of 2 games and will play a double elimination format. This means that the consolation bracket winner can win the whole enchilada by beating the winner of the winner’s bracket. \n  \nAvila Bay Athletic Club will have food\, beer and wine for purchase and the spectator view will be great from their huge viewing deck.\nTo sign up now\, please contact Patty at 805-329-1956 or patty@slobigs.org\n  \nTeam fees – Registration link coming soon. 100% OF TEAM FEES go directly to funding our programs. Our generous sponsors have underwritten the cost of the tournament. \nKid’s Team – TBD \n2-person team registration – $200 \nCorporate Throwdown – $800 \n\nFour 2-person teams that will compete individually in the double elimination tournament.
