13. Go shopping at a secondhand store for dress up clothes.
14. Work together to make a collage of his/her life with images cut from magazines.

17. Roast marshmellows with toothpicks over the flame of a candle.
18. Learn a simple magic trick together to amaze him/her and his/her friends.
19. Show him/her your photo from your high school yearbook.

21. Go for a walk through a hardware store and explain the function of various tools.
22. Compliment your Little's character and skill three times for every one compliment on his/her appearance.
23. On a one-foot square of grass, find all the living things that are visible in that space.
24. Learn to count to ten in a foreign language.
25. Take your Little to a volleyball or basketball game at the high school he/she will attend.
26. Write a letter to your Little on your match anniversary sharing the positive things you've noticed about him/her in the last year.
27. Have an art show of his/her masterpieces. Invite your friends and relatives to come and purchase original, signed artwork.
28. Practice filling out applications for everything.
29. Help your Little make a list of all the people who love him/her.
30. Look through a clothing catalog and ask what he/she likes.
31. Wash the car together.
32. Explore the attic together.
33. Paint a special message for his/her guardian on a wooden cutting board.
34. Make a calendar of the major events of his/her year.

42. Help him/her stencil a border pattern around the top of a wall.
43. Go on a newspaper scavenger hunt. Give your Little a list of 10 items to find in the newspaper.
44. Read biographies of people who did great things and let your Little know that they are not different from him/her.
45. Learn to program a computer in BASIC language.
46. Finger paint with chocolate, lemon or strawberry pudding.
47. Make mini pizzas using English muffins topped with pizza sauce, cheese and another favorite topping.
48. Make maracas by covering light bulbs with layers of paper mache. When they dry, gently break the glass and paint them, then fill them with small dried beans.

50. Invite your Little to sell old toys and clothes at your garage sale.
